Why we collect it

We use your details to prepare and deliver the free Delivery Menu Scorecard you requested, and to follow up with you about that scorecard and closely related services. We do not use your details for unrelated purposes. Your menu link is only used to run the scorecard checks against your public delivery menu.

Legal basis: your consent

We only contact you because you asked us to. Ticking the consent checkbox on the form is your express consent to receive your scorecard and related follow-up. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see "Opting out" below), and withdrawing it will not affect anything else about your dealings with us.

Where your information is stored

Your details are held in the lead management systems we use to run this service, and in Resend, the email delivery provider we use to send your scorecard and any follow-up email. We keep access to these systems limited and only keep your information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above.

Cookies and analytics

We may use analytics and advertising measurement tools on this site: Meta Pixel (Facebook), Google Analytics 4, and TikTok Pixel. When active, these tools set cookies or similar identifiers and send the provider technical information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, an identifier for your browser, and actions like submitting the scorecard form. We use this to measure how the site and our advertising perform. These providers may also use the information for their own purposes, including advertising measurement, as described in their own privacy policies.

You can opt out by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser, using ad-blocking tools, or using the opt-out controls each provider offers (for example Meta ad preferences, Google Ads Settings, and TikTok personalisation settings). The scorecard form works with these tools disabled.

We do not sell your data

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Sharing with the analytics and advertising providers above happens only as described in "Cookies and analytics".

Opting out

You can unsubscribe or opt out at any time:
